                凹凸棒石-银纳米复合抗菌材料及其制备方法,其特征是在纳米棒状凹凸棒石晶体表面存在有可交换的银离子,并负载有纳米银颗粒。制备方法是在表面活性剂和有机还原剂存在的条件下,以凹凸棒石粘土与银试剂作用形成。银以交换银离子和纳米银颗粒两种形式负载在凹凸棒石纳米棒状晶体表面,粒径仅几个纳米的银颗粒有很大的活性,可以不断缓慢释放出抗菌必需的银离子,纳米银颗粒与凹凸棒石结合牢固,因而,以凹凸棒石为载体制成凹凸棒石-银纳米复合材料具有优良的抗菌性能。可广泛应用于化纤、纺织品、塑料用品、涂料、饮水机水处理、化妆品、空气净化等各领域。
